What argues against it or keeps uncertainty open. Steady contraction and epithelialization after venous, arterial, and pressure factors are corrected reduces concern but does not negate a focal abnormal edge.

Discriminating next step. Biopsy representative edge and base tissue using a plan that can detect squamous carcinoma and other tumors without relying on superficial swabs.
